The IEC 60884-1:2022 Flexible Cable 90° Flexing Test Apparatus is designed for bending endurance testing of cables connected with plugs. This testing machine evaluates cable durability by simulating real-world bending conditions.

Application

This flexible cable flexing test machine performs bending endurance tests for cables connected with plugs. The sample is fixed on the jig with weight applied to the cable, then the jig swings right and left at the set angle. After completing the required rotation cycles, the test stops for cable inspection. Alternatively, when testing electrified cables, the machine counts rotation cycles until cable failure, automatically stopping when the cable breaks and disconnects from electricity.
